Our teams
Our teams in detail
Professional
Our professional team manages external connections, organising keynotes and workshops by industry experts to provide insights into Europe and Asia-Pacific. They create networking opportunities for students and seek partnerships with companies for mutual benefit. Additionally, they support social projects in the APAC region through fundraising events, aiming for a positive and sustainable impact on local communities.
Social
The social team organises events to promote social and cultural exchange among students, such as city trips, cooking events, hiking trips, restaurant visits, game nights, and fairs. Additionally, they run our Language Buddy Programme, connecting language enthusiasts to support each other in language learning and cultural exchange.
Marketing
Our marketing team handles our external communication and event promotion through Instagram, LinkedIn and our website. They craft posts, distribute messages via WhatsApp and manage our newsletter. By incorporating design themes from the APAC region, they showcase the cultural diversity of these areas, enhancing APMC's professional image. These designs are utilised for merchandise, presentations and documents.
General Management
The general management team offers crucial support to us, handling administrative, bureaucratic and technical matters. Responsibilities include meticulous financial record-keeping, budget planning, reporting and legal document creation. They maintain consistent formatting and design for presentations and documents and manage technical tools such as our website, newsletter and collaborative software, facilitating efficient and professional collaboration among all teams and members.
